Having Singapore as its first Oversea Branch, M.Grass is looking for a passionate individual who believes in using natural solution to solve environmental problems. From landscape designing for an eco-space/café to designing bioremediation solution for projects in S.E.A region, M.Grass provides great opportunities for any horticulturist to express their creativity and have access to the vast 20 years of knowledge from Inner Mongolia. Job Description:
Prepare and report annual operating and capital budget for all landscape projects
Draft SOP for daily landscape maintenance and training for staff
Ensure healthy growth of plants under care M.Grass Internationals
Plan, design, purpose, implement and supervise all new landscape planting and improvement work as directed
Purchase and design plants on seasonal basis
Ensure compliance with audit processes and any Singapore regulation regarding landscaping
Liaise closely with HQ horticulturists to design and implement landscape
Manage all work and contracts regarding landscaping
Prepare monthly and quarterly working plan for landscaping for M.Grass International
Requirement:
Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Maintenance
At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant industry
Able to work independently and take initiative to improve landscaping work
Equipped with knowledge to identify diseased, dead, dying and potentially hazardous trees
Good knowledge on behavioural traits of trees and plants, especially those of SEA origin
Able to converse and write in both Mandarin and English
Align with M.Grass culture and willing to learn the vast knowledge of M.Grass on landscaping of Inner Mongolia
Possess creativity and flexibility in designing different landscape for various purposes (Café designing to bioremediation)
